1. Choose your artwork size and put in the order here.

2. Send me an email <natalie@thekookiestudio.com> with your order number, your photo/s, favourite flower, and any other requests including date you need the painting by* or gift messages.

3. I'll get back to you with a sketch for approval before the actual painting. You'll also receive photo of finished painting for approval before shipping. 

*I will do my best to accomodate your date request but please keep in mind overseas shipping can take up to one month. Rush order fees may apply, please see "Frequently Asked Questions" tab.

Standard shipping to everywhere in the world is complementary! Express shipping is also available for a little bit extra.

All artworks are securely packaged in rigid envelopes or gently rolled into a shipping tube for safe transport all across the globe!

Please be aware that any customs charges in your home country is not included. Make sure to double check customs fees before you order!

How long will it take?

I limit the number of commissions I take in a month. When you order, I will let you know which month you can expect your painting to be completed by. I'm currently taking orders for August 2023.

My painting is a gift, I need it by a specific date!

If there's a specific date, let me know and I will do my best to accomodate you. Please keep in mind standard overseas shipping can take up to a month. Rush order fees may apply, email me with your date and country before you order if you'd like to double check.

What's a rush order and how much extra is it?

Just think of it like the express line on amusement park rides! I put the same level of care and love into the paintings, but you don't have to wait in the queue.

Typically it takes two months + shipping time before you receive your painting.

A rush order fee of $50AUD will apply for processing time of 30 days or less.

A rush order fee of $100AUD will apply for processing time of 2 weeks or less.

Please note rush order fee is for painting only, Express shipping is not included.

How long does shipping take?

Please use the Australia Post calculator for up-to-date estimates on shipping time. Paintings will be shipped from Sydney, NSW 2000.

Photos and videos of all paintings will be posted on our social media and website. The Kookie Studio also reserves the right to reproduce paintings as prints. Please let us know if the painting is a surprise gift so we keep things hush hush. 😉
